All collections include travel within a 50-mile radius of the Kansas City metro area.

For events beyond a 100-mile round trip, mileage will be applied at the current IRS rate. Depending on distance and timing, overnight accommodations may be required to ensure your day is covered with intention and care.

For destination or extended-travel celebrations, the couple is responsible for round-trip airfare, hotel accommodations for the night of the event, local transportation, and meals on the event day. Any additional hotel nights or personal expenses will be covered by Captured by Carody.

All travel details are thoughtfully discussed and confirmed in advance so everything feels effortless from start to finish.

Once your wedding day is over, you’ll receive a link to your full gallery via DropBox within 24 to 72 hours. Every wedding is different which means every gallery delivery is different, but on average you will receive a collection of raw 100 photos/videos per hour. Your memories will be thoughtfully arranged into organized folders with easy download instructions, making it simple to relive your day and share it with loved ones.
