All collections include travel within a 50-mile radius of the Kansas City metro area.

For events beyond a 100-mile round trip, mileage will be applied at the current IRS rate. Depending on distance and timing, overnight accommodations may be required to ensure your day is covered with intention and care.

For destination or extended-travel celebrations, the couple is responsible for round-trip airfare, hotel accommodations for the night of the event, local transportation, and meals on the event day. Any additional hotel nights or personal expenses will be covered by Captured by Carody.

All travel details are thoughtfully discussed and confirmed in advance so everything feels effortless from start to finish.

A wedding day content creator captures the candid, behind-the-scenes moments of your day on an iPhone and sometimes with a small digital camera, creating short-form storytelling content that feels effortless and real. The focus is on the laughter, the tears, and the little details that make your day uniquely yours. The goal isn’t cinematic edits or posed portraits, but the in-between moments that often go unseen. The best part? You’ll receive every photo and video within 24 to 72 hours, perfect for reliving your day while you’re still soaking in that just-married glow. It’s all about having those genuine memories in your hands right away, the kind you can look back on again and again.

Videographers create polished, professionally edited films using high-end equipment, typically delivered as a 10–20 minute wedding video. As a content creator, I capture your day in a completely different way. I focus on filming the in between moments in short 5–10 second clips that I later craft into “share-ready” short-form videos, typically 15–30 seconds in length.

A content creator doesn’t replace your professional photographer or videographer but works alongside them to capture moments that are often missed. The combination of content creation with photography and videography provides a well-rounded memory package, capturing both posed and candid moments.

Of course you can! Wedding content is for everyone, whether you're an avid social media poster or someone who prefers to keep things private. It’s about creating a timeless, personalized story that you’ll cherish for years to come.

Once your wedding day is over, you’ll receive a link to your full gallery via DropBox within 24 to 72 hours. Every wedding is different which means every gallery delivery is different, but on average you will receive a collection of raw 100 photos/videos per hour. Your memories will be thoughtfully arranged into organized folders with easy download instructions, making it simple to relive your day and share it with loved ones.
